Enjoyable rooftop pool with great ambiance.

I was frustrated with the front desk service. Upon arrival, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful, particularly when our room wasn't ready despite notifying them beforehand. The staff barely acknowledged our concerns, leading to an overall disappointing experience during our stay.

My family room was spacious with excellent amenities, and the elevator was a lifesaver after our long days of exploring! The rooftop pool provided an amazing ambiance and a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with varied options that exceeded my expectations each morning.

Unfortunately, the hotel charges for transfers, which seems unusual for its close airport proximity, and Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow at times. Additionally, the shower cleanliness left much to be desired, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience.

my stay in the deluxe twin room was fantastic. the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, exceeding my expectations from past visits. the staff was attentive and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable at hue hotels and resorts puerto princesa managed by hii.
